• Holds up to 4 tampons worth
• Ideal for regular flow

• After use rinse with the pads and pants in COLD water until the water runs clear.
• Wash at 40°
• Stretch back to shape & allow to air dry.
• DO NOT use fabric softeners as they will affect the absorbency of your pads or pants.
• DO NOT use bleach or stain removers in order to avoid exposing your pads to chemical substances.⁠
• DO NOT tumble dry.
